Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto.The
story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his
quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like
Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his
village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will
not be easy, as He has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of
the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

While the shinobu wage their war, the fuedal lords are playing
politics. Unbeknownst to them, Zetsu in his complete black and white body has
appeared just outside of their castle. Not all of the fuedal lords have arrived
at the hiding place; one is still being transported with a large caravan of
shinobi warriors. Zetsu suddenly goes on the attack, dodging passed the advance
guard surrounding the castle, he jumps through an upper window to where he
knows his targets to be. Except that he is mistaken and the fuedal lords are
not where he was expecting them to be. From out of one of the fake fuedal
lord's back comes anet to trap the intruder, but Zetsu calmly retreats back
into the floor and vanishes completely. Elsewhere at the real hiding place of
the fuedal lords, one of the guards can only stare at the fuedal lords as they
talk about awards for winning the war and such. He as on an expression of
disbelief mingled with digust with how carefree they all are. His surperior
tells him the importance of getting such an award would be, without it how
would you guage a ninja's honor? Zetsu is following the caravan from a safe
distance and he can listen in on their conversation through the land itself. Such a fearsome
power.
On the field of battle, the army of white Zetsu's has come within
reach of land. They are just a hair length's width away. facing them directly
are those of the Allied shinobi force. It is Raikage's personal bodyguards who
deal the first strike, delivering a beastly lightning attack into the water,
zapping many Zetsus. Tenten starts the barrage of projectiles as soon as the
army jumps into the air. The rest of the army follows her example, and then
those who were waiting for close combat have finally got their wish, as the
white Zetsu army broke free and touched the coast. Old friends are now forced
to do battle with one another as Asuma and Tsunade's lover run into Chouza
(Chouji's dad). Elsewhere on along the coast, Hinata's father must do battle
with Neji's father; that's right, this is a brother's duel. Before the two
brothers meet in a death battle, they share a few words with one another,
mostly it is the deceased brother who speaks about his death and his life's
duty (protecting the main family) and how iroic it is now he is standing before
the main family as an enemy.

Hinata's father tells his brother that Neji has broken free of the
destiny of their families, and his daughter as well. The younger brother is
surprised behind all measure. Together, in a separate field of battle, Negi and
Hinata are fighting another white Zetsu army while standing back-to-back.
Hinata's father tells his brother that it is no longer about the branch family
living to die to protect the main family, but friends and comrades who will
protect each other. If that is so, then by all means, and he is really wishing
for this, Neji's father wishes to die peacefully by his brother's hands. The
two finally charge forward and lock hands in battle.
The third Tsuchikage is flying thorugh the desert to meet up with
Gaara and the main army. Along the way, he remembers Gaara speech when he took
the helm of lead general on the field. He was such an inexperienced pup back
then, but sometimes people want a young and charasmatic person to lead them.
Elsewhere, Kankuro is leading his squad through a dense forest. Deidara is
still locked up inside of Kankuro's puppet prison. He is complaining about the
harsh treatment, but can you really blame Kankuro for this, when Deidara will
attack even he if doesn't want to? Standing in Kankuro's way is his grandma and
some others who are dead that he knows well as either friends or enemies. His
grandma congrtulates him for being able to stop Sasori. Deidara knows this
voice, as soon as he recognises it, he demands that she help him if she is here
to help him. One of the ninja with Chiyo grandma is a ninja who is an enemy of
both Akatsuki and the Five Great Ninja Nations. He has no reason to help
Deidara, and besides, he loathes this particular jutsu, the Reanimation Jutsu,
for he has no control over his own body. Kankuro orders a retreat on his
signal.

Orders from headquarters are making their rounds across all of the
battle fronts. It seems that Nara's battle strategy is finally bearing fruit. Shikamaru is told to
take half of Gaara's force with him to meet up with First Company. Temari can't
believe her ears, but Shikamaru agrees with their strategy. He goes on to say
that the enemy has a stronger Kekkei Touta than they have. A few of the younger
ninja in back are eavesdropping and when Temari notices that they don't know
what a Kekkei Touta is, she volunteers to tell them, however she sucks at
explaining things and orders Shikamaru to tell them about it, even though it is
Shikamaru who is supposed to be the one giving out the orders. Shikamaru first
explains about the five basic chakra properties (Wind, Fire, Earth, Water, and
Lightning). Normally a person only has one chakra element. The more you have,
the better off you will be. Kekkei Genkei shinobi are those who are born with
two chakra elements and fuse those two to create an entirely new element, just
like how Captain Yamato has created the Wood element from Earth and Water. And
above Kekkei Genkai is Kekkai Touta in which a person has fused three chakra
elements together. All of this relates to the only person he knows to have
Kekkei Touta, the second Tsuchikage, Mu, who was brought back to life using the
Reanimation Jutsu, and who is currently heading for their position as they
speak. Shikamaru smiles as he knows that headquaters have sent their Kekkei
Touta user, the third Tsuchikage, to replace half of Gaara's forces when they
leave. He has just arrived and is now standing next to Gaara on the sand
pillar.
The fight at the beach is really heating up when the end of the
episode comes.
